Plaintiff-appellant Stephen M. Shaw appeals from the First Circuit Courts dismissal of his complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction. Because we find that Shaws complaint, together with the affidavits presented on the motion to dismiss, create a prima facie showing of personal jurisdiction, we vacate the circuit courts dismissal and remand for further proceedings.
